Our Oxygen Therapy course will enable users to administer oxygen safely and effectively for a casualty with breathing difficulties. You will also learn how and when to administer oxygen to a casualty and the safety concerns with carrying, storage and administration of oxygen.
This course is regulated and as such learners must achieve 6 contact hours excluding breaks over 1 day and must attend the full course before certification can be applied for.
There are written and practical assessments throughout the course, with the learners having continuous and ongoing staff support from their instructors at every stage as they progress through the qualification. The qualification is valid for 3 years from the achievement date.
